I believe good work starts with a clear understanding. Here's exactly how working with me works — including payment and refunds. Last updated October 2026.
Each project is delivered according to the package agreed with you before work begins (Starter, Growth or Authority). Anything outside the agreed package — extra pages, extra features or additional services — is discussed and priced separately before I start on it.
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Starter: PKR 5,000 – 7,000. Growth: PKR 8,000 – 10,000. Authority: PKR 22,000 – 25,000. The exact price within each range depends on your business and requirements, and is confirmed in writing (WhatsApp or email) before work starts.
I take payment in two parts, and work begins only after the advance is received.
Only a 50% advance is accepted to begin your project. The remaining 50% is due when the work is complete, before the final files are handed over or the website is launched.
Because I reserve time for your project and start design and development as soon as the advance arrives, the 50% advance is non-refundable. Please make sure you are comfortable with the package, price and scope before paying.
Reasonable revisions to the design and content are included while the website is being built, so that the final result feels right to you. Large changes of direction after approval, or completely new requirements, may be treated as new work and quoted separately.
To keep the project on schedule, please provide your business details, logo, photos and any text you want included. If you'd like me to help with the wording, tell me at the start. Delays in receiving content can move the delivery date.
I agree a clear timeline with you at the start of the project. I work quickly and keep you updated — and I rely on timely feedback from you to meet the dates.
Once the full payment has been received, the website files are yours. Domain names and hosting are separate from the build and, unless we agree otherwise, are paid for by you directly to the provider. I'm happy to guide you through setting them up.
I build every website with SEO best practice, and the Authority package goes much further. However, search rankings depend on competition, location, time and search-engine decisions that no one controls — so I can't guarantee a specific position or number of enquiries.
If something I built isn't working as agreed, I'll fix it. Ongoing updates, new features and maintenance after delivery can be arranged separately.
